due to signed legally binding disclosures unless a client is willing to accept their info being publicized.
So that makes you wonder,
have they really been in the business that long? Or if they have been a successful broker that long? Hmm!!!

NO, there are many schemes to where the Seller claims that the Buyer paid X Y Z into the project and never was able to show proof of it. Then some showed proof but it was questioned if the document(s) legitimate.
